Wende Eoff grew up in a world of numbers. As the daughter of a banker, she has so much experience with accounts that if you cut her she wouldn’t only bleed red; she’d probably bleed black as well. Her own personal love of the art of balancing books came to her when she enrolled in her first bookkeeping class in high school.
While the systems and tools used to keep track of a company’s books have changed and evolved over the years, Wende’s passion for keeping accounts in balance, and the simple beauty of a well-kept set of books has never waned.
Working as a corporate bookkeeper (including working with the largest CPA firm in the southwest) allowed Wende to enjoy immersing herself in the world of credits and debits, but it didn’t allow her to make connections to people so she could see the positive impact of the work she was doing.
In September of 2012 Wende felt a calling to leave the corporate world behind. She chose to focus on giving small, local businesses the ability to tap into her 20+ years of experience and knowledge. She began providing these small businesses with cost-effective bookkeeping services and support for QuickBooks, the most popular bookkeeping software being used today.
Working on her own as a bookkeeper and Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Wende is now able to combine her love of numbers with her passion for helping people and supporting the backbone of our economy – the small business owner.
She considers her greatest accomplishment the ability to teach small businesses how to use QuickBooks effectively so they can keep accurate records and know where their business stands at all times.
